Our Managing Partners

Shawn Shapiro | Co-founder and Managing Member

Shawn Shapiro is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Skyline Quest Capital, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Shawn as the head of Acquisitions, is passionate about sourcing, analyzing and negotiating commercial real estate properties. He works relentlessly on finding existing properties that can add value to our investors and that meet our specific criteria for returns, cashflow, and equity gains.

Shawn enjoys to teach and help others. He spent a few years working in Business Coaching and direct sales. He enjoys working with entrepreneurs and network. He is determined to develop long term relationships with his investors, team, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and partners. Driven to ensure effective, consistent and efficient operations which is paramount to success for our investors and the team.

When Shawn is not analyzing or negotiating properties, he loves to spend time with his wife of 15 years and their two little daughters.

Yormary Garzon-Shapiro | Co-Founder and Managing Member

Yormary Garzon is co-Founder and Managing Partner with Skyline Quest Capital, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Houston, Texas.

In Investor Relations, Yormary works with the team to provide investors strategic opportunities to diversify their portfolios with multifamily properties. She also has a role in researching key factors that determines emerging markets and providing insights on market activity and cycles.

Throughout the past few years, she has realized that a lot of people, like her parents, that worked all their lives, unfortunately, do not know much about financial literacy and how to get their hard-earned money to work for them. She is passionate about showing people ways to get their money to work hard for them.

She believes we came to this world to have a big impact on others and as Tony Robbins would say, “Make our life a Masterpiece”.

In the last couple of years Yormary and her husband after working in single family real estate realized the benefits of multifamily and decided to sell all the properties and redeploy the funds to Multifamily units.

Yormary loves to create beautiful memories with her husband and two lovely daughters, because life is about the journey and the people you meet along the way.

Sebastian Ramirez | Investor Relations

I value long term business relationships and focus on providing value in different sectors of the industry. I invested my career working harder on myself than I do on my business. I believe there is enough for everybody and collaborating with like minded individuals there is no limit!

I graduated at the University of Rhode Island with a bachelors in science. After several years involved in the health and wellness industry I was driven to pursue real estate. My passion for overcoming challenges and my vision to revitalize communities enable me to create investment portfolios for our team and partners.

Over the past 20 years, Ryan has become an experienced underwriter who has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns.

With 15 years of Real Estate experience, Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
